DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Odense. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing our marketing and communications strategy as the company scales. Your main objectives will be to raise global awareness of the Quadsat brand, spearheading impactful campaigns to generate a high volume of enquiries, and delivering exceptional communications to our clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. Working closely with both Sales and Product Management, you will contribute to our global growth and success in the ever-evolving tech industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing the annual branding and marketing activities targeting our global market. You will need to take initiative and work independently in driving our strategy and activities forward. As a small team, we need someone who can work on a strategic level whilst also being hands on – creating content and delivering digital marketing campaigns. More specifically, you will be working with:
• Communication and brand management
• Product presentations and marketing assets
• Digital presence and social media content management
• Website management including SEO
• Graphic designs and production of printed collateral
• Implementation of marketing tools
• Exhibitions and events globally - organizing, managing and supporting the sales team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
We are looking for a result-oriented, self-starter who is highly driven, and digitally minded with a strong commercial mindset, who can use previous experience and personal drive to contribute to our growth journey. Your marketing approach is sales oriented; you work confidently with measuring campaign results and qualifying leads.

You will have a master’s degree within branding, marketing or similar. Experience from a technical business would further be required, and it is advantageous to have experience from a scale-up company. Likewise, it is an advantage to be experienced in building-up a global marketing team and knowing how to interact with local marketing & PR collaboration partners globally.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 5-8 years´ experience in:
• Brand management, understanding brand drivers and how to execute them.
• Understanding of marketing concepts including experience on how to optimize the marketing mix.
• Building campaigns that generate leads. You know how to design, measure, and optimize successful digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of a global working environment.
• You should also have an extremely high level of English, both orally and written.

You are an outgoing marketer, who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders globally, and a resourceful sparring partner who excels at building trusting relationships. Finally, you thrive in a dynamic work environment where priorities can change based on evolving customer and market needs.

TRAVEL DEMANDS
• Expected 20-30 travel days per year.
